• Flora Fitness – General Terms & Conditions

    General Studio Policies

    • Instructors may be subject to change without notice.

    • Newcomers must arrive 15 minutes early for class.

    • All services must be prepaid online or in-app via Visa, Mastercard, or Debit. Cash is not accepted.

    • All service sales are final. Services purchased are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable.

    • Please help us maintain a safe and welcoming environment by treating staff and fellow clients with kindness and respect.

    Cancellations

    • We require 12 hours’ notice for cancellations.

    • Class Package Holders: If you cancel before 12 hours, your class is credited back. If you cancel after 12 hours, the class is deducted from your package.

    • Monthly Unlimited Members: If you cancel before 12 hours, no penalty applies. If you cancel late, a $15 fee is charged. No-shows result in a $15 fee.

    • We welcome you to wait on standby for another class the same day if space allows, but spots cannot be guaranteed.

    Membership & Registration

    • Members may book one class per day in advance. Additional classes on the same day may be joined in-person only if space allows, using either class credits or your membership.

    • All waivers and intake forms must be completed before your first class.

    • Packages expire 12 months from the date of purchase.

    • Memberships begin on the date of your first booked class, not purchase date.

    • Guests 16 or younger may participate with guardian consent.

    Waitlist

    • Clients must hold an active package or membership to join the waitlist.

    • If a spot opens up, you’ll be notified via email—please check your notifications.

    • If added to class, our 12-hour cancellation policy applies.

    • If a spot opens close to class time, our team may call or email to confirm if you’d like to attend.

    Late Arrivals

    • Please arrive 5–10 minutes early. NO LATE ARRIVAL WILL BE PERMITTED.

    • New clients must arrive 15 minutes prior. If late, your class will be re-credited but attendance is not permitted.

    Dress Code

    • Wear clothing that is comfortable and easy to move in.

    • Bring a water bottle and a sweat towel (available at the desk if needed).

    Class Cancellation by Studio

    • Classes may be canceled if fewer than 3 people are signed up four hours before start time.

    • Early morning classes will be confirmed or canceled by 9:00pm the night before.

    Merchandise

    • Merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 15 days of purchase. Items must be unused, with tags attached.

    Health & Safety

    • Please inform your instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancy before class.

    • Wipe down all equipment after use to maintain cleanliness.

    • While Yoga and Pilates are safe for most, please consult your doctor before participating if you are pregnant or injured.
