Meadow Yin

Meadow Yin is a deeply relaxing, slow-paced practice that invites stillness and surrender. Postures are held for several minutes to gently release tension, improve flexibility, and calm the mind. Like resting in a quiet meadow, this class is your space to unwind, reset, and simply be.
